We are pleased to announce that the Annual General Assembly (GA) meeting for AmChamGR will take place on
Monday, June 30, 2025, at 13:30 PM
Ballroom I, Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel.
The first call for the General Assembly is scheduled for Monday, June 23, 2025, at 15:00 at the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce offices (109-111 Messoghion Ave.).
Please note that, as is customary, there is typically no quorum on the first call. Therefore, the second call on June 30 will serve as the final opportunity to convene.
Agenda Highlights
- Election of 25 new members to the Board of Directors
- Amendments to specific articles of the AmChamGR bylaws
To ensure full participation, members will have the option to join the GA and vote either in person or electronically, virtually
A detailed invitation, along with instructions on how to participate, has been sent to all members in advance.
Participation Options

- In-person voting: Paper ballots at the Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel
- Electronic voting: Via the Eventora platform (accessible on computer or mobile device)
Authorization Form
If you are unable to attend, you may authorize a colleague or another Chamber member to represent you.
To do so, please download the Proxy Authorization Form from the Authorization Bar below.
Alternatively, you may authorize through gov.gr.
Completed and signed forms should be sent to proxy@amcham.gr by Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 17:00, with a copy sent to the email of your authorized representative. Please note that each member can authorize up to two additional members, provided they have met their financial obligations for 2024.
The appointment and revocation (or replacement) of a representative must be submitted in writing by the represented member and sent to the Chamber by Friday, June 20, at 5:00 PM.
Eligibility to Participate
To participate in the General Assembly and vote, members must meet the following criteria:

- Fulfilled financial obligations up to and including 2024.
- New members must register by June 6, 2025, at 17:00 and meet their financial obligations for 2025.

Members who register after June 6, 2025, will not be eligible to participate in the proceedings or vote.
