The 10th Women in Business (WIB) Forum, “Becoming Future Ready: Growth, Adaptation & Reinvention,” marked a decade of leadership, influence, and impact — bringing together senior executives, entrepreneurs, board members, and emerging leaders for a timely conversation on what it takes to lead and thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape. As organizations navigate the accelerating adoption of AI, digital transformation, changing workforce expectations, geopolitical and economic uncertainty, and increasingly complex decision-making environments, the Forum explored what it truly means to be future ready.
Across a dynamic program of conversations and perspectives, the 10th WIB Forum focused on five interconnected priorities:
- Building anti-fragile growth: Moving beyond resilience to turn disruption, uncertainty, and change into opportunities for growth and renewal
- Reinventing for long-term relevance: Rethinking business models, careers, organizational cultures, and leadership approaches to remain relevant in a changing world
- Making better decisions in complexity: Exploring how leaders can navigate pressure, ambiguity, and uncertainty while maintaining clarity, focus, and purpose
- Strengthening the human advantage: Identifying the human capabilities — including critical thinking, judgement, creativity, empathy, and adaptability — that remain essential as AI transforms the way we work
- Harnessing the power of networks and influence: Exploring how collaboration, relationships, diverse perspectives, and purposeful networks can accelerate growth and create lasting impact
The WIB Forum’s 10th anniversary was also an opportunity to look ahead. Becoming future ready is not about predicting the future; it is about building the capability to adapt, perform, and reinvent before change becomes a necessity.
Over the past decade, the WIB Forum has created a space for meaningful exchange, challenging conversations, and connections across industries and generations. This milestone edition continued that journey — bringing together different perspectives to explore not only how business is changing, but how leaders can shape what comes next.
A decade of conversation. A decade of leadership. And a shared commitment to becoming future ready.
