The 10th Southeast Europe Energy Forum (SEEF2026) successfully took place on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the MET Hotel in Thessaloniki, bringing together key stakeholders and leading experts to explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the energy future of Southeast Europe. The Forum was organized by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (AmChamGR) and the Hellenic Association for Energy Economics (HAEE), in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy to Greece and in strategic partnership with the Atlantic Council and the Global Energy Institute of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

A key highlight of the Forum was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by representatives of 14 Transmission System Operators (TSOs) from nine countries, marking an important step toward the extension of the Vertical Corridor to Serbia and North Macedonia. The agreement underscores the strong regional commitment to enhancing energy connectivity, strengthening cooperation, and advancing the development of a more integrated and resilient energy market in Southeast Europe.
