A closed Public Affairs Committee luncheon hosted by AmChamGR brought together members of the Chamber with Guest of Honor Margaritis Schinas, Distinguished Fellow at the Europe Center of the Atlantic Council in Washington, DC and former European Commission Vice-President, on March 9, 2026. The discussion focused on key developments in international politics and Europe’s role in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment. Topics included EU–U.S. relations, developments in the Middle East, and the importance of maintaining strong transatlantic cooperation. Participants also highlighted the need for a calm and strategic European approach to emerging global challenges, as well as the importance of strengthening innovation, competitiveness, and economic resilience across Europe and Greece.
