On May 14, 2025 AmCham Greece Leadership Committee organized a Private tour by Dimitris Gerogiannis, CEO of AEGEAN, at AEGEAN’s new Technical Base where both the AEGEAN MRO operations and AEGEAN│CAE Flight Training Center are being hosted.
The new AEGEAN MRO, under AEGEAN Technics, stems on the long-lasting experience of the engineers and mechanics of AEGEAN that are now able to provide third party maintenance services in the new hangar, whereas the AEGEAN│ CAE Flight Training Center is the result of a dynamic collaboration between Aegean Airlines and the Canadian CAE, a true testament to innovation and excellence in aviation training.
During the visit, we had the opportunity to learn more about the 26 successful yet challenging years of the company and we witnessed firsthand both the culture of excellence and care-to-detail during the maintenance operations and how pilots and crews are being rigorously trained to handle high-pressure scenarios while on cutting-edge simulators and a full-scale airplane mock-up
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special occasion.
