The conversation about Greece in 2030 cannot be limited to fiscal stability alone. While essential, it is only the starting point for sustainable growth.
As part of Blueprint Greece 2030: Next Generation Reforms, AmCham Greece held closed-door meetings with Minister of Labour and Social Security Niki Kerameus and Minister of National Economy and Finance Kyriakos Pierrakakis to discuss the reforms needed to strengthen Greece’s long-term competitiveness.
The real challenge is fourfold:

Looking ahead to 2030, the focus must shift beyond employment numbers to the quality of employment—creating more skilled jobs, strengthening technical and vocational professions, and supporting higher wages.
